Refund policy

All items are sold as is, with any known flaws noted. Please note: items in this shop are vintage, used, and/or antique. They will have inherent flaws and signs of wear.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product you have purchased from us, please contact us as soon as possible. Returns are only accepted if the item was incorrectly described or damaged upon arrival. We will make arrangements with you for the return of the item to us if applicable. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Please contact us in case of damage, loss, etc, and we can work out details based on the situation.  In case of damage, please retain all packaging as it may be required in filing a claim with the shipper. In cases of items not being received, please verify the original shipping address with your tracking number. All order are shipped with tracking.

Goods will ONLY be accepted for return with prior RETURN AUTHORIZATION unless we have notified you otherwise. Please contact us immediately for a return authorization number. All returned items must be in original unused condition and are only accepted within 14 days of receipt. Please allow 7 days for a refund to be processed. We will issue a full refund on receipt providing the item is in saleable condition, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will also be happy to exchange the item for one of equal value.

Please note:
Expedited Shipping charges are non-refundable. 

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
