Antique brooch in banded agate with stamped openwork brass. Lovely Victorian brass pin features open back bezel set polished striped agate oval stone surrounded by a delicate stamped brass edging in the shape of a marquise. The back has its original C clasp closure and shows the exposed faceted back of the stone. A beautiful piece overall.
