A matching pair of ivory-colored pierced celluloid bows. Most likely from the 1930s or 40s. Figural bows were quite popular in these times. Celluloid jewelry was a low-cost way to produce colorful lightweight decorative pieces to match any wardrobe of the time. These bows both feature riveted on metal clasps. Each one is a bit different so they may have been produced at different times or places.
