This oval cabochon tiger eye brooch has a versatile side. The back has an open bail made to slip onto a chain so it can be worn as a pendant or a brooch. The beautifully polished stone is surrounded by a twisted paperclip style chain edging set atop a biscuit cut bezel. It is unmarked. There are a couple of very tiny areas on the back of the brooch where the gold tone plating has worn off. Shown in photos 4 and 5. Wear is consistent with age. Still a lovely piece of jewelry.
